On July 9th, the 2024 management trainee onboarding training for Weima Agricultural Machinery officially kicked off.

This training focuses on enhancing corporate identity and sense of belonging, understanding and adapting to the working environment of the enterprise, strengthening compliance awareness and professional ethics, and improving team cohesion and professional qualities. It is conducted through various forms such as interactive games, theoretical course lectures, summary reports, job rotation internships, and on-the-job internships. Plan the training work comprehensively from two aspects: theoretical learning and practical exercises, focusing on the all-round cultivation and development of talents, guiding management trainees to quickly complete the identity transformation from school to the workplace, and proficiently master job skills.

Strengthen theoretical learning and solidify theoretical foundation
Before the formal start of the onboarding training, Chen Zhike, the training manager of the human resources department, led the management trainees to visit and learn at the Weima Agricultural Machinery Product Exhibition Hall, accelerating their absorption of the core corporate culture and the construction of the product knowledge system.

Subsequently, the management trainees used several ice breaking games for pre class warm-up, eliminating unfamiliarity in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, bringing each other closer, promoting the trainees to quickly integrate into the team, significantly enhancing the team's tacit understanding and collaboration ability, and laying the foundation for future team cooperation. After the formal training began, Wang Shuai, Vice President/Secretary of Administration of Weima Agricultural Machinery, delivered the opening speech, conveying the company's deep expectations for the management trainees.

In order to accelerate the absorption of corporate culture core, product knowledge system, and global marketing network layout strategy by management trainees, we invite functional department heads from R&D, production, quality, sales and other companies to provide theoretical knowledge training for everyone. Effectively promote the rapid integration of management trainees into the company's cultural environment, clarify organizational structure, stimulate their potential transformation and thinking upgrading, accelerate role transformation, and lay the foundation for their career.

After 8 days of professional knowledge and industry theory learning, management trainees have initially mastered the knowledge and skills required for their work. In order to help management trainees better understand and master theoretical knowledge, improve practical and thinking abilities, enhance teamwork and innovative thinking inspiration, the company organizes management trainees to make summary reports in groups.

The group members think about the problem from different perspectives, put forward their own opinions and viewpoints, and finally make a theoretical learning report speech in the form of a team. The heads of various departments of the company act as judges to score them. The company has prepared corresponding rewards for the top three management trainees ranked in the comprehensive evaluation, with priority given to job placement, regularization, and job grading.

After the report speech, the management trainees went to each business unit workshop for a 2-month rotation internship, and the coaching teachers assigned by each business unit workshop during the rotation internship period were responsible for work arrangement and management.


Prime ministers must start from prefectures and counties, and strong generals must emerge from the ranks. Through internships and training in the workshop, theoretical knowledge is applied to practical work, laying a more solid foundation for future work and promoting new forces to become enterprise talents who grow comprehensively in theory and practice.
