On September 7th, Weima Agricultural Machinery and Tianjin Tianyuan Power Technology Co., Ltd. jointly organized a professional empowerment training course on engine technology and internal combustion engine construction, and held the opening ceremony.

The opening ceremony was presided over by the Human Resources Department, with over 70 key engineers, technicians from various technical departments of the company, quality management and inspection personnel from the Quality Department, as well as key personnel from various production workshops, participating in the training both online and offline.

The purpose of this training is to further strengthen the knowledge reserve and professional skills of the company's technical engineers, so that they can have a more comprehensive and systematic understanding of the development and application of internal combustion engines, and master the overall structure of internal combustion engines.
Professor Gao Wenzhi from the State Key Laboratory of Internal Combustion Engine of Tianjin University was invited as the keynote speaker of this training.

During the training, participants engage in group based communication, mutual learning, and synchronous improvement of technical knowledge reserves, expanding their ideas and providing inspiration for future product development and upgrading.

The company will also gradually organize skill improvement training, provide a platform for employees to exchange and learn technology, enhance Weima's product research and development level, and develop more comprehensive and durable products.
